Frequently asked questions
-
Do you offer site visits?
Absolutely! We love coming out and meeting new people, getting to understand your schools playground project and offering our expertise and advice (you don’t have to accept it, we promise we’re not pushy sales people!)
Depending on the area, there may be a cost implication but the map on our Arrange a Site Survey page will help as we cover the vast majority of schools in the UK. -
Can you remove old playground equipment?
The short answer is yes! Yes we can remove old / rotten play equipment.
The longer answer is that it needs to be done by a specialist. A company which has invested time and money into training their team to operate safely and competently when working around failing wooden structures.
We have 360 degree excavator trained team members in (CPCS) to ensure an efficient removal of not only the old equipment but also the blocks of concrete beneath the ground if they need to be removed as well. All of our team members are trained to CSCS as a bare minimum with additional specialist certifications like First Aid, IoSH, PASMA, IPAF being held by individuals. In order to obtain a price for removal, we will need a bit of information and this is best dealt with by contacting us.
